Description
Dr. Anton Hales came to the Graduate Research Center of the Southwest in September, 1962 to head the Geoscience Division. Erik Jonsson of TI and the GRCS had arranged for Hales and his wife Denise to be at one of the preferred tables at the head of the Trade Mart. The interview with Denise Hales was conducted by Dr. Larry Sall, Dean of the UT Dallas Libraries, on September 3, 2002 in the Hales' home in Australia. Besides Erik Jonnson, Eugene McDermott and Anton Hales are also mentioned in the interview.
