This is the GRCSW/SCAS's weekly internal newsletter. It was originally titled “The SCAS Clipboard” with the first issue was August 23, 1962. The name changed to “Clipboard” on August 28, 1964 and the publication became biweekly beginning with the January 7, 1965 issue. It became bimonthly in October 1967. Also, there were apparently no issues published between the July 1968 issue and the last issue published in May 1969.
