This news release announces Gifford Johnson being named President of the Graduate Research Center of the Southwest on March 17, 1965, while Lloyd Berkner was to continue to head research for SCAS and serve as Chairman of the GRCSW Executive Committee. The release was written on March 13, 1965 and released on March 17, 1965.
