Abstract
Description
"A charming display of witty satire in the face of Armageddon, the play take the form of a local TV newscast covering nightfall. This 75-minute play serves as a poke in the eye to media in an age of geopolitical uncertainty, pending disaster, and a preoccupation with ratings. What begins as a parody of the news media's vapid patter eventually breaks down into an exploration of the endurance of humanity during catastrophes."
