Gregory Dess is a Professor of Management and holds the Andrew R. Cecil Chair in Applied Ethics. In 2001 he became one of 33 charter members of the Academy of Management Journal's Hall of Fame. Subsequently the journal ranked him as among the top 20 influential researchers in the field of management. His research interests include:
